These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website (topnotchtrip.com) or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy).

All Top Notch Trip services are owned and operated by Top Notch Trip. These terms and conditions are a binding legal agreement between the customers and Top Notch Trip regarding your use of the services made available. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the website, application, or other services, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools, or products, is hereby expressly prohibited and can lead to legal action.

Age Requirement: By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

Top Notch Trip is a service that sends e-tickets to you via SMS/email once a bus, airline, hotel, or entertainment company has enabled online access and partnered with our platform. Top Notch Trip is not responsible for any loss, refunds, or any other damages in case of cancellation or other such circumstances other than the policies of our service providers, as Top Notch Trip is a ticketing platform that is only responsible for issuing tickets. Top Notch Trip is not responsible for any delay or booking cancellation on behalf of a service provider on the platform.

Mode of Payment

Top Notch Trip supports the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover)

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Bank Transfers (ACH)

Saved Cards and Tokenization Customers may choose to securely save their card for future payments on Top Notch Trip. When a card is saved, Top Notch Trip does not store full card details. A secure encrypted token is created and stored through a PCI DSS compliant payment partner. This token allows future payments to be processed without re-entering the card details.

By saving a card and completing a payment using a saved card, the customer confirms that:

  • The card belongs to them, or they are fully authorized to use it.

  • They consent to future seamless payments through the saved card token.

  • They agree that payments made through the saved card are intentional and authenticated.

  • They will not raise disputes with banks or card networks for authorized transactions made using the saved card.

Top Notch Trip and its payment partners apply security standards aligned with PCI DSS. Since the card data is not stored by Top Notch Trip and payments are verified through token-based authentication, any claim marked as fraudulent for a transaction completed via a saved card, where the token was used correctly, will not be accepted by Top Notch Trip as a valid dispute or chargeback request.

Note: For payments made via credit/debit cards, Top Notch Trip may request photo identification and masked card details, as required by federal or state financial regulations to prevent fraud.

Refund Policy

For Cinema & Events (if applicable):

  • No cancellation or refunds for tickets unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

For Buses:

  • During federal holidays or severe weather events, it is highly likely that companies may cancel departures or operations for the entire day. In that case, customers are entitled to either get their seats adjusted in their next order or get a complete refund. The customer must raise a complaint and request a refund or adjustment. Top Notch Trip will verify with the respected company and process the customer query accordingly.

  • In the case of a bus drop/cancellation by the provider, you need to contact Top Notch Trip within 3 days of departure, and the full amount will be refunded. However, if you miss the bus, no refund will be given by any bus service company.

  • Cancellation policies, cutoff times, and penalty fees are strictly determined by the specific third-party bus operators. Generally, on-the-spot cancellation requests will not be entertained.

  • If a bus service mandates specific health or identification requirements (e.g., valid ID) and a passenger is denied boarding for failing to provide them, Top Notch Trip will not be responsible for any reimbursements.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days after the departure date. Valid bank/card details are mandatory for refunds. Cancellation/adjustment can be done just one time against one order.

For Airlines:

  • All customers are required to check with their respective airline operator for details regarding ticket cancellation before departure, any modifications in ticket prices, and cases of a missed flight. All such details are mentioned on the purchased ticket.

  • Every query related to flight cancellation, date change, refund claims, and no-show cases will be entertained strictly according to the policies of the relevant airlines.

For Hotels:

  • You are required to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of the respective hotel you are booking. All details regarding refunds, cancellations, and failure to show up are included in the confirmation email and in the hotel details section of the website and mobile app.

For Car Rentals:

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup.

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup.

  • 10% Penalty: Cancellations made 24 to 47 hours before pickup.

  • 30% Penalty: Cancellations made 12 to 23 hours before pickup.

  • Multiple-Day Bookings: The above policies apply to the first day, and a 100% refund is provided for any remaining days.

Refund Process (ACH / Card Reversal):

  • If the cancellation is due to the customer's "change of plans," a flat processing fee of 3% will be charged.

  • If, for some reason, the cancellation is due to the transport carrier or service provider, the reversal fee will be waived.

Permitted Use

Our website and application are for your personal and non-commercial use only. All information is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and applicable US laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Top Notch Trip, you agree that you will not use the website or application to duplicate, download, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute or use any material for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Offers, Rewards, Contests, and Lucky Draws

  • Notification: Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the participant in the online purchase details. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. The decision of Top Notch Trip on all matters relating to contests or lucky draws is final and binding on all parties concerned.

  • Promotion Period: Only purchases made during the official Promotion Period are entitled to participate. Top Notch Trip reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability.

  • Claiming Prizes: In the event that Top Notch Trip is unable to contact a winner within 3 working days for whatever reason, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of Top Notch Trip. No alternatives will be offered.

  • Exclusion of Liability: Top Notch Trip, its employees, agents, and representatives hereby disclaim any liabilities that may arise in connection with promotions and any materials produced in relation thereto. Top Notch Trip shall not be held responsible for any entries that are lost or damaged.

Disclaimers, Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Top Notch Trip makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Top Notch Trip, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Top Notch Trip is incorporated and legally headquartered, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Top Notch Trip shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Terms and Conditions for Top Notch Plus Subscription

The below-mentioned terms and conditions apply to the Top Notch Plus subscription on the Top Notch Trip app, website, and all third-party integrations.

  • Amendments: Top Notch Trip reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions regarding the subscription at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately after the terms and conditions are updated. Continuing your subscription will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Non-Refundable: All subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees. However, you may cancel your subscription to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees. The auto-renewal will continue unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

  • Price Changes: Top Notch Trip reserves the right to change the subscription fee at any time. In case of a price change, you will be notified through email, SMS, or app notification. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle; otherwise, continued usage will be deemed acceptance of the new price.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure within the app or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Termination of Service: Top Notch Trip reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the app and website at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions or involvement in any unlawful activities.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the Top Notch Trip website or application and any information provided by you or gathered by either Top Notch Trip or third parties is governed by the Top Notch Trip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by this reference. You agree to Top Notch Trip's collection, use, and sharing of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Top Notch Trip, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, are the sole property of Top Notch Trip. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the app or its content without prior written consent.

By using this Platform and/or subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
